These Terms of Service govern your use of the Life Plan Guides website and your purchase of any digital product from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying. Life Plan Guides sells digital, informational toolkits covering funeral planning, estate cleanout, sibling/occupancy disputes, and senior housing finances. Products are delivered as downloadable files (PDF and, for the Senior Housing Planner, a spreadsheet model). No physical goods are shipped.

Not professional advice. Our toolkits provide general consumer, financial, and legal education only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, financial advisor, funeral licensing board, or other qualified professional, and using them does not create any advisor-client or attorney-client relationship. For guidance specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

License to use. When you purchase a toolkit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal or household purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repost the files or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Payment and pricing. All prices are listed in your local currency and are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices for future purchases at any time.

Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available on this site.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Plan Guides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
