Refund policy

All products sold by Life Plan Guides are digital toolkits (PDF guides and, for the Senior Housing Planner, an Excel/Google Sheets model) delivered instantly by download link and email at the moment of purchase. Because access to the files is immediate and irreversible, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued.

If your files are missing, won't open, or are corrupted, contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of purchase and we will re-send or replace them at no charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
